Terms & Conditions
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be 18 or older, use a number you are permitted to use, and respect the people you add. By adding a number, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to have it. Do not add numbers obtained unlawfully, use the service to harass someone, or attempt to bypass verification or rate limits.
Anonymous addition hints
When you add the verified number of an existing member, they may receive an anonymous in-app and email hint that someone added them. The hint does not reveal your name, phone number, or private label.
The mutual reveal
Your verified phone number, full name, and optional photo may be shown to another user only after both of you independently add each other. By creating an account, you agree to this mutual-reveal condition.
Historical records and changes
A match records a real historical event. Removing an addition does not erase that match. We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, product integrity, and legal obligations. If these terms materially change, you will be asked to accept the updated version before using relevant features.
Privacy Policy
What we use
We use your verified phone number to authenticate your account and privately detect reciprocal additions. It is not publicly searchable. Application matching uses a privacy-preserving server lookup key; raw numbers are not placed in public application tables, analytics, or logs.
What becomes visible
Before a match, the sender remains anonymous. An existing member may receive an anonymous hint that someone added their number, but the hint does not reveal the sender’s identity, phone number, or private label. After a mutual match, participants may see each other’s verified number, full name, and optional photo, as described in the mutual-reveal agreement above.
Your choices
You can remove active additions, request account deletion, and manage notification permissions. Historical match records may be retained where necessary for security, legal, or product-integrity reasons.
Contact and deletion
You can submit an account deletion request from Settings. Requests are placed in a protected review queue and processed subject to legal and safety retention requirements.
